Chris Shepherd’s One Fifth restaurant to switch to Italian-American fare

Unlike One Fifth Romance Languages, an earlier iteration, the new Red Sauce Italian concept will serve Italian-American food such as spaghetti and meatballs, baked pastas, chicken parmesan and New York-style cheesecake.
